I'm still in a reflective mood. The weather's bad outside and the world seems dark. This picture shows what happened when a saint appeared on the wall in front of me and the clouds parted outside, one stormy day in the old French church of
Parisot. You'll notice that the saint's shadow fell across an electricity cable. I liked that touch of modernity.
Very neat picture!
ReplyDeleteamazing photograph!

ReplyDeleteNice shot.
ReplyDeleteSo glad to have found your blog. It's full of delights.
ReplyDeleteFrom Relatively Retiring (Blogger being moody yet again!).
Gosh......I am intrigued.....what an amazing image. I love your header, so dramatic.
ReplyDeleteYou ask about the green berries on my latest post.
They are the berries of our native Lords and Ladies (Arum Maculatum). I garden for wildlife, so native wildflowers will always be part of the scheme.
That is a beautiful image. I was interested to read your piece on the golden gates at Hampton Court. It's such a shame that they are not being maintained.
ReplyDeleteAnother juxtaposition of mental blessing and material blessing ?
ReplyDeleteWhat a magical encounter you got in a stormy day outside! I am happy for you.
