Very cool that a space has been set up to encourage graffiti art. Or is it a display? Or are they random acts of graffiti? Whichever, fun that you grabbed a glimpse for us with your celphone.
Taking “Queen Elizabeth Hall“ in the label as a hint, I checked and understood the photo was undercroft of the building popular with skateboarders and photographic archive of graffiti. I’ll borrow Wanda’s words, "mobile from head to toe". Nice capture!
